yes, still pretty awful. that's why mgmt denied it.

I like MGMT
I love Diplo
but the remix is horrendous....
its funny how many people jump on these kind of things just because its MGMT & Diplo.
And ftr Boys Noize played this out a couple times and the crowd went dead.... so he stopped using it
lol the intro makes it sound like
a cheap rip of the soulwax remix of kids.
it's horrible once it kicks in
this mix is a trainwreck.
only good thing diplo has done is his street mix of paper planes.
mgmt are amazing tho.
Couldn't agree more with comments. It had the ingredients for a great mix but it just wasn't to be.
MGMT are so overplayed/"over remixed"(if thats a term) now...
All hail N.A.S.A. and Little Boots for 2009....roll on the remixes.

I think Diplo did this just to fuck off he can obviously make much better remixes...But you know controversy sells I don't know just think he did it or they did it to get attention...
wow i can't believe the comments for this track.. i personally think it's great.
yeah it probably didn't live up to my high expectations for a diplo remix of mgmt when i first heard it but its a beautifully simple melody and i love that 'get up' style beat that diplo is using lately.
A great post - I continually feel that it's less simple than I previously thought.
